Renting the Hall
The Olde Vets Hall operates as an exclusive extension of our restaurant, Bud’s Pub & Grill. As our in-house provider, we handle all culinary and beverage requirements, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
Prices & Fees
Rental Fee: (Includes all tables & chairs)
Fridays: $1,000.00
Saturdays: $1,200.00
Sundays: $600.00
Weekdays: (M-Th) $500.00
Security Deposit: $500.00
Refundable if no damage or other issues like extra cleaning/ money owed
Setup & Cleaning Fee: $250.00
We do all the cleaning, just remove any personal belongings after event
Security Personnel: $40.00 an hour
Required If alcohol is being served (one for every 100 Guests)
Bar and Bartender: $100 State Permit
We will provide bartender(s) at $25.00 an hour
Insurance: $1,000,000.00 Liability
You secure and provide us with an insurance policy naming us as additionally insured for liability event insurance

We charge a 3% processing fee if you choose to pay with a credit card
Policies
Hall capacity with bar, tables and chairs ~200 guests.
We require a 50% deposit to hold the date for your event. In case of cancellation, we will refund your deposit only if we can fill the date after you cancel.
Payment is required in full two weeks before the event. No changes can be made after this date.
Outside catering, external food, and private beverages are strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the immediate forfeiture of your security deposit. If any type of alcohol is brought in the Hall, security will confiscate it and guest(s) will be asked to leave.
If you choose to have the bar we can serve alcohol any way you choose – Hosted, Non-Hosted, a bar allowance, a time allowance, beer & wine hosted all other alcohol we will collect for, or any other way you prefer.
If you plan on doing any decorating – NO TACKS, NO NAILS, NO STAPLES OR ANY KIND OF TAPE, NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, BALLOONS WITH CONFETTI, OR SEQUINS.
